Georgia CASA State Conference 2007

The Georgia CASA State Conference, "Painting a Brighter Future," will take place on Saturday, April 28 at the Cobb Galleria Centre. The presenting sponsor for this year's conference is the Supreme Court of Georgia Committee on Justice for Children.

Keynote Speaker
Judge R. Michael Key

Judge R. Michael Key, of LaGrange, GA, has been a juvenile court judge in Troup County since 1989. He has held numerous leadership roles with the Georgia Council of Juvenile Court Judges and was recently chosen as Secretary of the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges. He has also received several child advocacy awards in his role as a juvenile judge. He is known as an avid supporter of CASA and frequently gives presentations that motivate and inspire child advocates in their work.

Registration

$25 - CASA volunteers, board members and staff
$50 - Non-CASA affiliated participants
Note: This year, the registration fee for CASA-affiliated participants will not be refundable as in past years.

The recommended hotel for conference attendees who wish to stay overnight is the Sheraton Suites Galleria (adjacent to the conference site at 2844 Cobb Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30339). Be sure to make your reservation by March 27th to receive the $99 CASA rate.
